Having owned On-Cue since 2003, Lea leads the team through her extensive industry experience combined with a strong understanding of technology, marketing and project management skills. Lea is known for her “hands on” approach with clients, and her focus on big picture strategy.

Lea’s career highlights include managing a number of conferences and events ranging from 50 to 4000 attendees and specialises in Scientific Conferences and Association Management.

While Lea will probably label herself a workaholic, in her spare time she loves heading down to the beach to Kitesurf and walk her 2 dogs with her family.

Tracy Young - Executive Conference Manager

Tracy has been with On-Cue for over 10 years, managing national and international conferences for many of our long-term clients. She is a passionate and experienced conference professional with a focus on building solid working relationships with each client and prides herself on delivering memorable events.

Tracy’s long established and ever-expanding network connects clients with the best suppliers, venues and sponsors. Tracy’s multi-tasking capabilities, as well as her friendly and approachable nature makes her a sought-after professional in the conference industry.

When Tracy does have some ‘spare time’ from ferrying her two teenage girls to her social activities, she loves to relax with a good book and yoga.

Shelley Haring - Executive Conference Manager

Shelley joined On-Cue in 2013 and has a wealth of event and administration management experience. Shelley is a creative problem solver and a valuable asset to the team with her keen eye for detail and exceptional time management skills.

Shelley constantly exceeds client expectations and enjoys building relationships that go beyond the event. She loves to travel around NZ and gets huge satisfaction of exceeding client’s expectations, that it doesn’t feel like a job!

In her spare time, you’ll find Shelley sweating it out at CrossFit or hanging out with her husband and 2 kids at the beach.

Nicki Van Asch -Conference and Marketing Executive

Settling in Nelson 10 year ago, Nicki has over 15 years of experience in the conference and event industry. With qualifications in Resource and Event Management and a career journey that has taken her around the world in various capacities makes her an absolute asset to the On Cue team.

Nicki’s expertise include, written communication, innovative solutions, project management, marketing, relationship building, sponsorship and exhibition management. Nicki feels privileged to work in an industry that brings like-minded people and extraordinary ideas together under one roof.

Outside of the office you’ll likely find Nicki designing or making art (she’s a four time World of WearableArt finalist and three time award winner!!), pounding the trails of Nelson, spending time with family and friends, or drinking G&Ts in a hammock by the river.

Jenna is a knowledgeable event management professional with experience in managing a variety of events including corporates, community groups and associations.

Tina Turner – Association and Membership Management Specialist
Bachelor of Law (Justice) Majoring in Policy and Behavioural Psychology and Cultural Sensitivity

Tina comes to On-Cue from Australia and has had extensive experience in the eventing sector. Specialising in Membership Services and Sponsorship to connect the For-Purpose and For-Profit sectors together in accountable partnerships that change key industry associations. Using her 15+ years’ in marketing, sales, adult education, communications, event management and corporate/cause-related partnerships, working with festival organisers, fundraising organisations and not-for-profit Member Associations to help them transform their mindset from a charity in need of handouts, to a valuable marketing partner to the right company.

Her eventing experience ranges from the smallest but very corporate board room setting to the fussiest of brides and their glamour weddings to 10,000-person rodeos and festivals. She is very capable, flexible and versatile.

If she is not organising one, or working at one, you will find Tina at a festival of some description.

Hannah Monk – Accounts Executive

Hannah settled in sunny Nelson after growing up in Christchurch and taking time exploring and working in the UK. She is passionate about travel and tourism and is a fully qualified Travel Agent. Which explains why she loves working at OnCue and one of the exciting parts of her job is getting to work with such diverse conferences in and around New Zealand.

Hannah takes a huge amount of pride in her customer service and time management and has a high standard of organisational skills. This makes her a key member of the team to ensure the smooth running of OnCue.

Out of work you’ll find Hannah exploring the beautiful Nelson region with her family, (she actually met her husband at the ‘Running of the Bulls’ in Pamplona, Spain!) camping at the stunning beach of Kaiteriteri is one of her favourite things to do.

A Nelson newbie, Chelsea has seven years of professional experience as a graphic designer and her creativity and ability to think outside the box is second to none.

She loves that her role gives her the opportunity to work with a huge range of clients, and no day is ever the same, which allows her to keep her ‘creative spirit alive’. She enjoys being able to constantly play with new ideas, colours, layouts and forms of communication for different audiences.

In her spare time, Chelsea is an adventurer and loves the outdoors. Busy documenting new places with her camera, taking cool photography shots and uploading them to her social media pages. Her creativity never surprises us - if she wasn’t a designer she’d like to be a DJ!
