Lea Boodee - General Manager
Having owned On-Cue since 2003, Lea leads the team through experience, strong technology, marketing and project management skills. Lea is known for her “hands on” approach with clients and her particular focus on the big picture strategy. Lea’s career highlights include managing a number of conferences and events ranging from 50 to 3000 attendees, such as the recent 15th International Conference of the IWA Diffuse pollution Specialist Group and MarchFest (Nelson’s iconic Music & Beer Festival).
Tracy Young - Conference Manager
Tracy has been with On-Cue for over 10 years and has been responsible for the management of national and international conferences for many of our long-term clients. She is a passionate and experienced Conference professional with a focus on building strong working relationships with each client. Tracy’s long-established and ever-expanding network connects clients with the most appropriate suppliers, venues and sponsors. This network, combined with her expertise, multi-tasking capabilities and friendly, approachable nature makes Tracy a sought-after professional in the conference industry.
Nicki van Asch - Conference Executive
Nicki brings with her over a decade of experience in the conference and event industry. A journey that has taken Nicki around the world in various capacities and has contributed to a good toolkit of tricks and experience honed for the various facets of Association Management and Conference delivery. Nicki continues to feel privileged to work in an industry that ultimately helps bring together like-minded people and extraordinary ideas all in one place.
Shelley Haring - Conference Manager
Shelley joined On-Cue in 2013 bringing with her a wealth of event and administration management experience. Shelley has the ability to ‘think outside the square’ and find solutions to problems. During her time at On-Cue, Shelley has proven herself as a valuable asset to the team with a keen eye for detail and exceptional time management skills. Working with long term clients and being able to build relationships that go beyond the event, is what drives Shelley to consistently exceed client expectations.
Jenna Davies - Conference Coordinator
Jenna is a highly knowledgeable event management professional with extensive experience in managing a variety of events including corporate, community and associations. She is highly organised and has excellent attention to detail. She has developed strong business relationships with key industry suppliers and maintains extensive networks in the Conference Market.
Emma Wightman - Conference Coordinator
Cert in Conferences & Events. Cert in Design. Cert in Travel & Tourism
Emma has recently joined the growing On-Cue team after completing 3 years of study in conferences, events and design in Wellington. Her strong background in customer services and knowledge of using a wide range of design programs has many conferences now seeking her expertise.
Amy Bandy - Conference Assisstant
Amy joined the team in 2014. She is currently studying a degree in Marketing and Tourism at Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology whilst working in our Conference team. Her extensive customer service background gives her impeccable communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
